Returns Policy
The return and exchange policies are available on Eleven Scent Services within 7 days of received shipment receipt. The returned order should be packed in its original package and should not have any damages. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees. For returns, the refund will be processed to the same purchasing payment method within 45 days of receiving the returned order.
In the event of the damages during transit, you should report us the issue by sending visual (photos/videos) proof within 24 hours to the email address (info@elevenscent.ae) for verification.
Shipping Policy
Shipments are managed by third-party shipping agencies. Upon receiving your product, you may need to sign a delivery receipt as confirmation. Due to UAE government regulations and the policies of certain destination countries, we may be unable to ship to specific locations. Please verify with us whether your country is eligible to receive shipments from the UAE.
During any service delivery is made, if the user is not available in the address specified in the system, the products ordered by the user shall not deliver to anywhere else. Within the framework of such a case, the user must accept all legal responsibilities arising from ordering a service to an address where he/she does not exist.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
