Eleven Scent Site allows its users who agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to purchase from Eleven Scent Services online. Eleven Scent Site is an online platform that facilitates the way for the users to friendly order from the displayed products for home delivery services. Eleven Scent provides an online market that provides the users the ability to search, find, and discover smart scent diffusers that can also run over our mobile application regardless of the distance between the used devices. How Eleven Scent Works 1. Once you have finalized your selections in the basket, you will be given the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on “Checkout” button. 2. A web view will open to complete your payment. Once you complete the payment, the total will be deducted from your bank account. 3. Eleven Scent Authorities 1. Eleven Scent may temporarily suspend or completely cease the system operation at any time. 2. Eleven Scent shall not have any responsibility against the members of Eleven Scent or any third parties due to the temporary suspension or completely cessation of the system operation. 3. The user email and password shall be displayed and approved after the filling of the application parts to be submitted to the clients by Eleven Scent. Eleven Scent may prevent its clients who have filled in all parts or have connected although they have passwords from having a new password or from using their passwords for an indefinite period of time if it is deemed necessary by Eleven Scent. 4. Eleven Scent does not guarantee that its services shall be provided on time in a secure and complete way, the results obtained from the services shall be correct and reliable, and that the service quality shall meet the expectations. 5. Eleven Scent has the right to back-up and delete all or some of the files, messages which are provided by the members during the use of services for some periods deemed suitable by Eleven Scent. Eleven Scent shall not be held responsible for back-up and delete processes. 6. Eleven Scent has the ownership and copyrights arising from the ownership of the information, documents, software, designs, graphics and etc. which are produced by itself and/or bought from outside. 7. Eleven Scent is not responsible for any item ordered and not delivered by the shipping company due to the customer’s unavailability. 8. Eleven Scent has right to post any information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. (such as the messages, reports/news, file posted to the bulletin board) which are member generated and uploaded to the system by the members and/or to transmit them to another place within the site deemed as appropriate by Eleven Scent. It is probable that this information is copied and/or posted by other users. In such cases, the users shall not demand any royalty from Eleven Scent. 9. The obligation to change the information in relation to the price and product specifications, which are provided to sell in Eleven Scent, belongs to the companies which have cyber pages in Eleven Scent. In the event of any misinformation relating to the price and specifications of services, Eleven Scent may correct this mistake by cancelling the order. 10. Although we will endeavor to notify customers in advance of any service unavailability, this cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to alter or withdraw the service at any time. Billing Eleven Scent will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Users using Eleven Scent online services who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website and application. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Member policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. You acknowledge the possibility of additional costs (including but not limited to your internet subscription/data offers/etc.) (“internet costs”) and that you bear full responsibility for internet costs while using the Services as stipulated by your network/mobile operator or your mobile/operating company. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the user via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Eleven Scent has the absolute and discretionary right to provide you with additional limited rights and has the absolute right to decide the quality and number of rights when Eleven Scent’s Services are interrupted for technical reasons, provided that the said provision, if any, is not and will not be considered an acquired right for anyone. Order Confirmation Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be shown to you and will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Order Delivery Shipments are managed by third-party shipping agencies. Upon receiving your product, you may need to sign a delivery receipt as confirmation. Due to UAE government regulations and the policies of certain destination countries, we may be unable to ship to specific locations. Please verify with us whether your country is eligible to receive shipments from the UAE. During any service delivery is made, if the user is not available in the address specified in the system, the products ordered by the user shall not deliver to anywhere else. Order Return & Exchange The return and exchange policies are available on Eleven Scent Services within 7 days of received shipment receipt. The returned order should be packed in its original package and should not have any damages. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees. For returns, the refund will be processed to the same purchasing payment method within 45 days of receiving the returned order. Order Cancellation Customers have the right to cancel their orders up to 12 hours from placing the order as long as you didn’t receive any notification of shipment receipt. Eleven Scent works to maintain accurate pricing and representations, so we have the ultimate right to cancel any order with inaccurate details. Refunds will be processed to the same initial purchasing payment method within 45 days. After receiving our confirmation that the order has been successfully shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. Payment Methods Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Apple Pay debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. Eleven Scent may add other payment methods or cancel any/all current payment methods. Buyers are obligated to choose one of our supported payment methods when checkout with an order. Eleven Scent collaborates with an external payment gateway by which the buyer will complete his/her payment in an external web view. Eleven Scent does not sort any Card data.
